For more than 50 years Priefert Manufacturing Company has been the leader in the USA in the horse and stock equipment industry.
A family run and owned business which started some 60 years ago with Eddie, the now President of Prieferts Grandfather, Marvin Priefert. The invention of an off-set plough enabled Marvin to move down to Texas to raise cattle, where another invention was to change the Priefert path...the Head bale.
From there it has grown from a small back yard workshop into a 600 plus strong work force keeping up to 40 semi-trailers continuously delivering equipment nationwide all year round. Priefert specialises in the horse and cattle industries but also cater for other livestock such as dogs, goats and sheep. We also provide for day to day farm work with fencing and other various tools.
