The AELEC in Tamworth, a venue which was destined to become Australia's premier horse sports facility, became the first major project for Priefert and would feature some 478 horse stalls, a rodeo arena with hardware identical to that used in the PRCA National Finals in Las Vegas along with other yards and arenas impressive enough to rival any installation in the world.
Priefert deivered on time and on budget - not an easy task considering the scale of the operation!
The final proof would be in the use of the facility today, with the whole installation being regarded as a resounding success.
